Exporting & activating your results
Two ways to get segment-labeled results out of Neuralift (CSV downloads and warehouse delivery) and when to use each.
Segments create value when they leave Neuralift. Once a run is published, you have two routes out, both from the use case’s Exports area: download segment-labeled rows as a CSV, or deliver them straight into your own data platform.
Two activation journeys
- Label your warehouse. Deliver the results into your data platform, then join the segment labels to your customer table on your customer ID. From there the labels flow into everything downstream (dashboards, models, and campaign tooling) without any data leaving your environment a second time.
- Build campaign audiences. Export a CSV of one or more segments and load it into your email service provider or ad platform as an audience. This is the fastest path from “interesting segment” to a live campaign.
Choosing a format
| Format | What you get | Where it lands | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| CSV export | Segment-labeled customer rows with a header row: segment name and ID, your customer ID columns, and the dataset’s feature columns | A file downloaded from your browser | Ad-hoc analysis, audience uploads to an ESP or ad platform |
| Warehouse delivery | The run’s full segment-labeled results as a shared table or Parquet files | Your data platform, via Delta Share, cloud storage (Preview), or sFTP (Preview) | Joining labels to your customer 360 and production activation |
Everyone in your organization can export and download once a run is published; configuring warehouse delivery is an admin task. See Roles & permissions for the full breakdown.
Availability
Exports and delivery are available on contracted plans. If the Exports item in your use-case sidebar is disabled, contact your Neuralift representative or support@neuralift.ai to enable it.
