How to reach Neuralift support, what to include in a report, and where to find security and status information.

Help is never far away: the same team that prepares your data and runs your use cases also answers your questions. This page covers how to reach them and where to find security and status information.

Contact support

Email support@neuralift.ai for anything: questions, problems, or feedback. A good report gets you a fast answer; include:

  • Your organization name, so we can look in the right workspace.
  • The use case (and segment or export, if relevant) you were working with.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead: a copy of any error message helps, along with roughly when it happened.

Tip. For questions about your data, your use case definition, or how to read a set of results, email the same address; support covers the analytical side of the service, not only the technical one.

Security and compliance

The Neuralift Trust Center at trust.neuralift.ai is the home for security and compliance documentation, including the SOC 2 Type II report, security policies, and ISO/IEC 42001 materials. If your security team needs something that isn’t listed there, ask via support@neuralift.ai.
