Your profile
Manage your name, avatar, and email preferences: settings that follow you across every organization.
Your profile is personal to you and shared across every organization you belong to: update your name or photo once and it changes everywhere. Manage it from the Profile page: open your account menu and choose Account.
Update your name and avatar
- Open your account menu and choose Account; the Profile page opens.
- Under Avatar, upload a photo. Common image formats work, including JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, and WebP. You can also remove the current photo.
- Under Name, enter the name you want teammates to see.
- Click Update profile.
You should see a “Profile updated” confirmation, and your new name and photo appear across the app.
Email preferences
The same page holds your email preference:
- Receive marketing emails: updates and offers from the Neuralift team. Uncheck it to opt out.
Transactional email (account confirmation and organization invitations, for example) is separate and always delivered, so opting out of marketing never blocks the messages you need to use the product.
