Organizations overview
How workspaces, organizations, members, and use cases fit together, and where to find everything.
An organization is the workspace your team shares. It owns your data connections, use cases, members, and delivery configuration. This page explains how those pieces relate and how to navigate between them.
How Neuralift is organized
Everything in Neuralift lives inside a hierarchy with your company’s workspace at the top:
- A workspace is your company’s account with Neuralift. It can contain one organization or several (for example, one per brand or business unit).
- An organization is where the work happens. Each organization’s members, connections, use cases, and settings are scoped to that organization, and one client’s data is never used to train another client’s model; see Data handling & security.
- A use case is a single segmentation project: a business goal, a prepared dataset, and the segments and actions the model discovers. See Core concepts for the full vocabulary.
You reach an organization at a URL that includes both your workspace name and the organization name. If you belong to more than one organization, you can switch between them after signing in; see Signing in.
What admins and members see
Every person in an organization is either an admin or a member. In day-to-day terms:
- Members explore results. They see published use cases on the dashboard, dig into segments and actions, and export what they need.
- Admins also run the workspace. They see extra tabs in Settings for invites and data connections, manage who’s on the team, and configure how results are delivered.
- Neuralift handles the heavy lifting alongside your team: creating use cases, preparing data, starting runs, and publishing results.
The exact capability matrix lives in Roles & permissions.
Finding your way around
The organization sidebar has two entries:
| Sidebar item | What’s there |
|---|---|
| Use Cases | The dashboard listing your organization’s use cases, with status, segment counts, and quick links into each one. |
| Settings | Everything about the organization itself, split into tabs. |
Settings is organized into tabs:
| Tab | Who sees it | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| About | Everyone | The organization’s name and description; the description doubles as organization-wide business context that keeps Neuralift’s generated outputs relevant. See Organization settings. |
| Users | Everyone | The member list. Admins manage roles and removals here. See Members & roles. |
| Invites | Admins | Send and revoke email invitations. See Inviting people. |
| Data Connections | Admins | Warehouse connections in, and result delivery out. See Data connections. |
Note. Depending on what’s enabled for your organization, admins may also see an API keys tab (Preview) for the MCP endpoint. See Release stages.
Inside a use case, a second sidebar section appears with Definition (the use case’s goal, context, and KPIs), Data (the data dictionary), Actions, Discovery (the segment landscape), and Exports. Actions, Discovery, and Exports unlock once a run has produced results.
