Signing in & accepting an invite

How to sign in with your work email, accept an organization invitation, and reach your workspace.

Neuralift is invite-only: someone in your organization invites your work email address, and once you accept the invitation you land in the organization’s dashboard. This page covers both halves: signing in and handling invitations.

Before you begin

  • You need an invitation from an admin in your organization. See Roles & permissions for who can invite, and Inviting people if you’re the one sending invites.
  • Use the same work email address the invitation was sent to.

Sign in

Neuralift signs you in through its hosted identity service, so there is no separate Neuralift password to manage.

  1. Open the Neuralift app and click Sign in.
  2. Enter your work email address.
  3. Complete the authentication step for your account, then you’re returned to Neuralift.
  4. You land in your organization’s dashboard. If you belong to more than one organization, you can switch between them from the app.

You should now see your organization’s use case list.

Accept or decline an invitation

When an admin invites you, Neuralift emails an invitation to your address. If you’re new to Neuralift, sign in with that same email first; your pending invitation is waiting for you inside the app.

  1. Sign in, then open Invitations in your account settings (at /users/org-invitations).
  2. Each pending invitation appears as a card: “You have been invited to join <organization name>”.
  3. Click Accept to join (Neuralift takes you straight to that organization) or Reject to decline. Rejecting asks you to confirm and can’t be undone by you; the admin would need to invite you again.

Note. If your account is unconfirmed, the Invitations page asks you to confirm it first by clicking the link in the confirmation email, and offers to resend that email if it never arrived.

Troubleshooting

  • The invitation email never arrived. Check your spam folder, then ask an admin in your organization to send a new invitation.
  • The invitation was sent to the wrong address. Invitations are tied to the email address they were sent to. Ask your admin to remove the old invitation and invite the correct address.
  • You signed in but see no invitation. Confirm you signed in with the invited email address, and confirm your account if the Invitations page prompts you to.
