Inviting people

Send email invitations from Settings → Invites, track pending invites, and revoke them.

Admins add teammates to an organization by emailing them an invitation from Settings → Invites. The invitee accepts from their own account, joins as a member, and lands on your dashboard. This page covers sending an invitation, what the invitee experiences, and how to revoke or replace a pending invite.

Before you begin

  • You need the admin role in the organization; see Roles & permissions.
  • Have the invitee’s email address ready. Each address can hold one pending invitation per organization.

Send an invitation

  1. In the organization sidebar, open Settings and select the Invites tab.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. In the Invite new member dialog, enter the person’s Email.
  4. Click Invite.

You should see an “Invitation sent successfully” confirmation, and the address appears in the pending invitations table.

Note. Invitations don’t carry a role: everyone who accepts joins as a member. To make someone an admin, promote them in Settings → Users after they’ve accepted. See Managing members and roles.

What the invitee experiences

  • The invitee receives an email inviting them to join your organization.
  • If they don’t have a Neuralift account yet, they create one first; see Signing in. Once their account’s email address is confirmed, any pending invitations sent to that address are already attached and waiting for them.
  • On their invitations page, they see a card reading “You have been invited to join your organization’s name” with Accept and Reject buttons.
  • Accepting adds them to the organization as a member and takes them straight to your use case dashboard, where they’ll see published use cases.

Revoke a pending invitation

  1. Go to Settings → Invites.
  2. In the invitation’s row, click Remove and confirm.

The invitation disappears from the pending list and can no longer be accepted.

Resend an invitation

There is no separate resend button. To give someone a fresh invitation, Remove the pending one and send a new invite to the same address.

Troubleshooting

  • The invitee can’t see the invitation in the app. Invitations only appear once the invitee’s account email is confirmed. Ask them to confirm their account from the email Neuralift sent, then check their invitations page again.
  • The invitation email didn’t arrive. Ask the invitee to check their spam folder and confirm you entered the address correctly, then remove the pending invite and send a new one.
  • The invitation vanished from the pending list. It was accepted or rejected. If accepted, the person now appears under Settings → Users.
